Minnetonka Audio Software Europe GmbH Opens
Minnetonka adds European Subsidiary to support business in the EMEA countries
Minnetonka, MN – March 10th, 2008 – Minnetonka Audio Software, Inc. (MASI) announced the opening of Minnetonka Audio Software Europe GmbH (MASE), a sales and support center located in the Düsseldorf area in Germany. MASE GmbH will function as the point source for the rapidly expanding European sales channel and customer base while distributing products directly from the German office.
“Opening Minnetonka Audio Software Europe GmbH for business was necessary to keep up with demand for MASI products and services in Europe. It is important that we adopt the European business model for our customers and offer them the local support they require,” says John Schur, President of MASI.
“Streamlining our business in Europe has been a goal for quite some time,” says Markus Hintz, Director European Business. “We’ve also established a direct web shop for European customers in addition to a direct support and sales center.”
Customers are encouraged to purchase products from their local reseller, but now also have the new option of purchasing through a dedicated European web shop. The new shop offers advanced downloads and significantly cheaper shipping rates. Customers benefit from the friendly currency exchange rates and still do not have to go through the EU import processes.
